ICU...intensive care unit

Today is my 5 day in ICU..

so far in icu ok for me..but a little borred..

sister canot give student do any procedure in icu..

maybe takut salah ke ape ke kn..

then kat icu i get any experiences..

icu totally different in other ward..so the first day in icu

i feel afraid coz see pt,see staff nurse yg bz..

then jd blur,dh la xblh bt procedure..

xde orentasi..so agak terkial2 nk bt something...

then day 2 in icu..in learn more knowledge from staff nurse..

such as i learn about suction,

to know about ventilator mesin,then how to chart

the data in intensive care chart..

so for me,intersted to work in icu if someone know something..

coz in icu is different in general ward..

so for today,i do suctioning pt..

then onserve sn do inserted rest tube..

then i assist sn to do mouth toilet for the patient..

so far ok la in icu..

but i must learn many procedure and must improve my skill

in clinical posting..so i believe i can do it..
